Your data stays on your device. The website doesn't store your project records. Use the app's backup and export tools to keep a separate copy.

Make room on your home screen.

Open the mobile app once while connected to the internet, then install it.

iPhone

  1. Open the mobile app in Safari.
  2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. Tap Add. Open it from the new icon.

Android

  1. Open the mobile app in Chrome.
  2. Open the menu and tap Install app or Add to home screen.
  3. Confirm, then open it from the new icon.

After importing a project and opening a report, check that More → More options → Works offline says Yes before going offline.

Keeping your app up to date

Mobile: updates download when you're connected. Fully close and reopen the app to apply a ready update, or use its update button.

Windows: from 2.8.1 the app updates itself when you're online. Copies older than 2.8.1 need one manual download from here. Keep a backup of your project files before changing versions.
